Want to see how well your life is balanced?


Step 1  Print off this page or the "wheel" image below (you may need to wait a minute for the image to load).

Step 2  In the "Wheel of Life" below, circle the number in each section of the circle that represents how satisfied you are with that aspect of you life.  E.g., if you are very happy with your health, circle a high number in the "Health/Aging" wedge.


Step 3  Now "Connect the dots" by drawing a line from one circled number to the adjacent one, making one continuous loop around the wheel. 

How does  it look?   Is this a wheel you would want to roll along on? 

Relax, you are not alone...for most people, it would be a very bumpy ride, indeed......and it often is! 
One great skill a coach has, is the ability to guide a client to make their life wheel as round as possible.....for a smoother, more joyful and fulfilling ride through their lives.
